Find yourself in an environment that is calm to your person, be silent, take a deep breath, feel yourself breathe, and center yourself, as you gaze into the picture of a cloud and heavens above, take thoughts that are present with you in this moment and try not to leave any thoughts behind no matter what they are, and send them into the picture, into the break of the sky, one thought at a time no less than a blink of an eye, send them off, then take the next several seconds and think of just yourself and the day or night ahead of you, offer yourself peace, breathe into your lungs a full breathe, breathe out and say peace, three times, complete your exercise by closing your eyes until you feel centered and can feel your breath steady and calm, so carry on and begin your day and every day of this week...share your exercise...
